For several years the club has hosted one or two slaloms at Front Range airport which is located NE of the Denver metro area.  The club owns the timing equipment and sets up the JCNA specified track and records lap times that are submitted to national JCNA for competition.  The course is low-gear only for most drivers and the three laps are completed in about a minute so it’s really not very hard on the cars.  Drivers get up to five runs on the 3-lap course and best time is recorded.  Lunch is a cooperative affair and everyone has a good time.
