Marinated and Sautéed Chicken Breast with Basil Alfredo Sauce
Pan Seared Scottish Salmon with Red Pepper Buerre Blanc
Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Carmelized Onion Ragu
All meals accompanied by Chef’s Choice Vegetable and Potato Au Gratin, as well as Warm Rolls and Butter, Chef’s Holiday Dessert Display, water, iced tea and coffee.
